Lucille Druella Malfoy (b. 5 June 1980) is the younger twin sister of Draco Malfoy. She cares deeply for her friends and turns to them when she needs help. Her best friends were Astoria Greengrass, Harry Potter, Luna Lovegood, Hermione Granger, Neville Longbottom, and Ginny Weasley. She was in rivalry with her classmate and roommate, Pansy Parkinson, who did not like her. She is very close to her maternal aunt, Andromeda Black, even though she was disowned for marrying a Muggle man, and she also has a very close relationship with the Weasley family.

At a very young age, she was promised to marry a most powerful dark wizard, Lord Voldemort, who always showed a great interest in her.

Biography

Early Life (1980-1991)

Lucille was born at 9:25 AM on June 5, 1980. As Draco Malfoy's younger twin sister, she grew up in the prestigious Malfoy Manor, surrounded by wealth and privilege. Despite her elitist environment, Lucille always possessed a kind and compassionate nature.

Like all her family members, she followed in their footsteps and became a proud member of Slytherin House.
During her childhood, she had a very close bond with her twin brother until they chose different friends.

Hogwarts years (1991 - 1998)

Lucille enjoyed her years as a pupil at Hogwarts and took assignments, classes, and school rules very seriously. She was often described as brilliant, to the point of being said to be 'Kindness of Slytherin'.

Given her keen mind, some students wondered why Lucille was sorted into Slytherin rather than Gryffindor. She admitted that the Sorting Hat did consider putting her in Gryffindor. It is likely that the Sorting Hat ultimately put her in Slytherin after stalling for about four minutes because Lucille did not want to disappoint her parents.

She later proved her rightful place in Slytherin with her steadfast cunning and loyalty to her friends, Hogwarts, and Dumbledore's Army. After being sorted into Slytherin, Lucille shared a dormitory with Pansy Parkinson, Astoria Greengrass, Daphne Greengrass, and an unnamed black-haired girl.

Lucille quickly becomes friends with the Greengrass sisters, her roommates, and also becomes close friends with the Golden Trio from Gryffindor's house, which her brother does not support. She often rivals Pansy, her roommate, about choosing sides and being devoted to Slytherins, which Lucille does not want to talk about.

For example, she went with Ron, Harry, and Hermione into the third-floor corridor in their first year, which students were temporarily forbidden from entering, to save the Philosopher's Stone.

1 Year

Lucille was sorted into Slytherin like her twin brother, Draco, and her future sister-in-law, Astoria Greengrass. She didn't want to go, but she had to for the sake of the family's reputation. After the sorting, she met the Greengrass sisters, but she became closer to Astoria than to her other sister, Daphne, and soon she found herself in rivalry with Pansy Parkinson, who didn't like or tolerate her.

Even though she was in Slytherin, she became close friends with Harry Potter and Hermione Granger. However, Ron Weasley, on the other hand, didn't trust her because she was a Malfoy and a Slytherin. The day after arriving at Hogwarts, she was admired by Harry because of her intelligence. At the Feast in the Great Hall. Hermione, Harry, Ron, and Neville were all awarded extra House Points for bravery and heroism, which won Gryffindor the House Cup. Also, Lucille got extra points for helping her friends. She hugged Harry and everyone else in Gryffindor.

But when she returned home, her parents were waiting for her in the living room, their faces filled with displeasure. Lucille discovered the horrific news that she was engaged, and she was angry about her parents ' choice of a husband without her knowledge.

2nd year

Lucille: "Who are you?"

Tom Riddle: "Tom."

Lucille: "Do you have a last name?"

Tom Riddle: "Just Tom."

                                                                                                                                                    — Lucille and Tom first met.

The summer had been a claustrophobic nightmare of silent dinners and stifling expectations. When Lucille’s parents had finally dropped the bomb—that her hand had been promised to a man of "ancient and formidable lineage"—the resulting argument had shattered the crystal decanters in the dining room and left her feeling like a bird trapped in a gilded cage. Yet, as the Hogwarts Express billowed steam into the crisp September air, the suffocating weight of her engagement lifted. She was going home.

Her second year was a blur of familiar comforts: the chaotic warmth of the Weasley twins’ pranks, the steady, grounding presence of Neville, and the academic sanctuary she shared with Harry, Ron, and Hermione. She even found herself charmed by the shy, bright-eyed Ginny and the ethereal, dream-like wisdom of Luna Lovegood. But the tranquility was short-lived. Whispers began to snake through the corridors like dark smoke. The Chamber of Secrets has been opened.

When the school turned against Harry, pointing fingers and branding him the Heir of Slytherin, Lucille was his fiercest shield. She stood beside him in the Great Hall, her chin held high, defying the glares of the student body. But she had a secret of her own—a thin, leather-bound diary she had found in the library, its pages whispering with an ink that seemed to pulse like a heartbeat. "Tom," she would whisper to the empty air. Tom Riddle was eloquent, charming, and seemed to understand the burdens of a legacy she hadn't asked for. She grew obsessed with him, not out of love, but out of a desperate, gnawing need to know why he sought to destroy her best friend. Why Harry? she would write. What do you have to gain? The truth, however, did not come in neatly penned letters. It came in a nightmare of stone and scale. When she and Harry descended into the Chamber of Secrets, the air tasted of rot and ancient magic. She expected a monster, but she did not expect to see the boy from the diary standing there, his form shimmering with a translucent, cruel power. As Tom Riddle began his gloating monologue, the pieces of the puzzle slammed into place with sickening clarity. The "ancient family" her parents favored. The "formidable lineage." The forced engagement that had haunted her summer. "You," she breathed, her voice trembling not with fear, but with a cold, jagged rage. "It was you all along." Tom smiled, a thin, shadow-filled expression. "I am Lord Voldemort, Lucille. And you are, quite irrevocably, mine."

The revelation was a hammer blow. The boy who had promised her a shared future was the monster who wanted her best friend dead. But her shock was quickly eclipsed by a surge of pure, unadulterated fury. She looked past Tom, her eyes locking onto the small, trembling figure of Ginny Weasley—the girl who had been used, broken, and discarded like a prop in Tom’s theater of cruelty. Then, she looked at the periphery, where she saw the unmistakable trace of Draco Malfoy’s cowardly handiwork. She remembered the smirk he’d worn in the common room, the way he’d brushed past Ginny that day in Flourish and Blotts. "Draco," she spat, her knuckles white as she gripped her wand. She didn't look at Tom; she looked at the diary, at the heart of the darkness. She realized then that her life was no longer a cage of her parents' making. It was a battlefield. She didn't care about the marriage contract or the ancient bloodlines. As she stood beside Harry—her brother in spirit, her ally in war—she knew that if this was who she was promised to, she would spend every breath she had left ensuring that their wedding night would be the day she brought his world crashing down. The diary was a weapon, and for the first time, Lucille felt truly powerful. She wasn't just a bride-to-be; she was the architect of his demise.

3rd Year

The heavy iron gates of Hogwarts swung open with a familiar, welcoming groan, marking the beginning of Lucille’s third year. The air in the Great Hall felt electric, buzzing with the chatter of returning students and the nervous excitement of first-years. For Lucille, the castle no longer felt like a labyrinthine mystery; it felt like home.

As the term settled into a rhythm, Lucille found herself thriving in the sunlight-drenched greenhouses and the airy atmosphere of the Charms classroom. Under Professor Flitwick’s encouraging tutelage, her wand movements became fluid and precise, earning her consistent praise for her Gilderoy-Lockhart-defying mastery of spells. Meanwhile, in Herbology, she discovered a surprising affinity for the temperamental nature of magical flora. She had a gentle touch that even the most aggressive Mandrakes seemed to respect, and she often left Professor Sprout’s lessons with soil under her fingernails and a genuine smile on her face.

However, the real test of the term came on a Tuesday afternoon, under the watchful, weary eyes of the new Defense Against the Dark Arts professor, Remus Lupin. The classroom had been cleared of desks, and a rickety wardrobe stood in the center, shivering violently. The air hung thick with anticipation. When it was finally Lucille’s turn, the wardrobe door swung wide, and the space before her rippled like water. The creature didn't take the shape of a spider or a ghoul. Instead, the Boggart shimmered and solidified into the image of her father. He stood tall, his arms crossed, his brow furrowed in that familiar, cutting expression of disappointment she had feared since she first received her acceptance letter.

"You are wasting your potential, Lucille," the Boggart-Father said, his voice echoing with a cold, distinct sharpness that made her heart stutter. "Magic is a distraction. A frivolous path. You are throwing away your future on parlor tricks and weeds." The class went deathly silent. Lucille felt the familiar sting of insecurity, the crushing weight of wanting to be proud of herself while fearing his judgment. But as she stood there, clutching her wand, she looked at the Boggart’s feet. They were wearing her father’s signature polished oxfords—but sticking out from the hem of his trousers were bright, ridiculous, neon-pink fuzzy socks.

Lucille’s grip on her wand tightened, and a sudden, sharp clarity washed over her. She realized that the version of her father in front of her was just a projection of her own doubts, not his actual voice. "Riddikulus!" she shouted, her voice ringing out clearly. With a sound like a wet sponge hitting a floor, the stern figure vanished, replaced instantly by a colossal, oversized bunny rabbit with ears that dragged on the flagstones. It hopped once, let out a tiny, high-pitched squeak, and began to frantically chew on a giant, spectral carrot. A roar of laughter erupted from her classmates. Even Professor Lupin offered a small, appreciative smile. Lucille lowered her wand, her shoulders finally dropping from her ears. The fear hadn't paralyzed her; she had stared it down, turned it into something soft and harmless, and realized that her path—her magic, her charms, and her plants—were hers alone to define. As she walked back to join her friends, the bunny-Boggart thumping happily behind the safety of the wardrobe, Lucille knew this year was going to be different. She wasn't just learning magic anymore; she was learning exactly who she was meant to be.

4th Year

The air in the Hogwarts grounds felt thick, vibrating with the static electricity of a thousand expectant students. Lucille stood on her tiptoes, her fingers white-knuckled as she gripped the wooden railing of the viewing stands. When Harry’s name had been spat from the blue flames of the Goblet, a cold, jagged knot of dread had settled in her chest, never to leave. She had spent months researching counter-curses, slipping sandwiches into his bag, and watching him with a vigilance that bordered on obsession.

When the final task began, the silence of the arena was agonizing. Lucille couldn't sit; she paced the narrow aisle, her robes swirling around her ankles, praying for a flash of red sparks that signaled return, yet fearing what carnage they might herald.

Then, the pop of Apparition shook the air. Harry was there, crumpled and gasping, his hand still locked onto the Triwizard Cup. The crowd erupted into a chaotic symphony of triumph—clapping, shouting, and whistles that pierced the humid night air. Lucille joined in, a reflex of relief surging through her, until the laughter died.

The sound that followed was not a celebration. It was a visceral, guttural shriek from Fleur Delacour, followed immediately by the soul-shattering wail of Amos Diggory. The golden light of the torches caught the pale, unmoving face of Cedric Diggory.

Lucille stopped cheering. The color drained from her world, leaving everything in stark, tragic monochrome. The sorrow hit her like a physical blow, a suffocating wave that pulled the breath from her lungs. This wasn't a game. The darkness she had sensed shadowing Harry all year had finally bared its teeth.

The Great Hall became a tomb of hushed whispers and weeping. As Dumbledore stood to speak, his face etched with a gravity that terrified her, Lucille felt a sharp, icy sting against her skin—the mark of a summons. Her father’s signet ring, worn on her pinky, pulsed with an unnatural heat. Before a single word of eulogy could be spoken, the shadows behind a tapestry seemed to reach out, folding around her. With a silent, sickening lurch of displacement, she was ripped from the hall.

She landed on the cold, polished obsidian floor of a manor she had only ever seen in her most fevered nightmares. Her father stood by the fireplace, his face a mask of subservient terror. He didn't look at her, only pointed toward the shadows of the dais.

"It is time, Lucille," her father whispered, his voice trembling. "The Dark Lord has called for the union." Lucille’s heart hammered against her ribs like a trapped bird. She watched as a figure detached itself from the gloom—the man whose name was whispered in fear, the man who had orchestrated the death of the boy she had just seen lying cold on the grass. Lord Voldemort stepped into the pale moonlight filtering through the high windows. He possessed no trace of humanity, his features serpentine and cruel, his eyes burning with a cold, red intensity that promised nothing but destruction. "My bride," he hissed, the sound like dry leaves skittering over stone.

The revelation shattered her. The engagement she had been told was a "political necessity for the family’s survival" was not to a wizard of status, but to the monster who sought to burn their world to the ground. She was his leverage, his trophy, and the final piece of a dark design. As he reached out a pale, long-fingered hand, Lucille realized with horrific clarity that her worry for Harry had been the least of her problems. She was no longer a student of Hogwarts; she was the prisoner of the man who had just claimed Cedric Diggory’s life.

5th Year

Lucille joined Dumbledore's Army secretly to learn defensive magic and to fight. She participated in secret meetings and actively supported Harry's leadership. She practiced diligently, honing her spellcasting skills and perfecting her defensive techniques.

Lucille spent Christmas with her friends at Headquarters, not wanting to return to her family and her newly married husband.

After Christmas, Dumbledore's army practices the Patronus charm, and Lucille struggles at first. She spent a while practicing, focusing on happy memories, and trying to fill herself with the light and warmth she wanted to project. After much determination and persistence, Lucille finally succeeded, as she raised her wand and cast the spell, a soft, white dove appeared, soaring through the air with grace and peace, but the happy moment was ruined after being caught by Umbridge. Lucille is taken to Umbridge's office by a Slytherin who was on the Professor's side. She was trying to help the others escape, but it failed.

Then she goes with Harry, Ron, Hermione, Neville, Ginny, and Luna to rescue Sirius. Upon arriving at the Department of Mysteries, they are met by her father, Lucius Malfoy, and her aunt Bellatrix Lestrange. After the Death Eaters ambush them, Lucille is held hostage by a Death Eater, and Harry is forced to either give up the prophecy or watch all his friends die. The Order comes to their rescue; unfortunately, Sirius is murdered by Bellatrix.

Back at home, her father gives a warning to Lucille that she has to tell her friends that she is not friends with them anymore, or the Dark Lord will kill them.

6th Year

The velvet curtains of the Malfoy Manor drawing room felt like heavy, suffocating shrouds. For a month, Lucille had been a prisoner of her own title—the reluctant bride of Lord VoldemortShe had spent these weeks in a haze of gilded isolation, her parents keeping her tucked away under the guise of "protection." But the walls, once silent, had begun to whisper. She had found the books—forbidden, jagged-edged texts left carelessly in the library—that spoke of soul-splitting and the dark anchors known as Horcruxes. And then, there was the news of Amelia Bones. The Head of Magical Law Enforcement is gone. Murdered by a hand that Lucille now knew, with a sick, twisting certainty, belonged to the man who shared her marriage bed.

The next morning, the Daily Prophet arrived. The headline hit Lucille like a physical blow, stealing the air from her lungs. DUMBLEDORE DEAD.

She sank to her knees on the cold marble floor. The article spoke of a battle that had taken place a month ago, the funeral already a faded memory etched into the history of a world she had been barred from. Dumbledore—the only man who had ever looked at her with kindness—was gone. And as she stared at the ink-stained portrait of the fallen Headmaster, the pieces clicked into place with terrifying precision. The timeline matched. The cruelty of the act bore his signature. He had killed him. Her husband was a murderer of legends, a monster who scavenged souls to sustain his own hollow existence. "I won't be another Horcrux you hide away," she whispered to the empty room, her voice trembling but resolute. That night, the manor was draped in the heavy, restless silence of the Dark Lord’s servants. Lucille didn't pack a trunk; she took nothing but the small, silver locket her mother had given her and a sturdy cloak. She waited until the clock struck three, the moment when the wards flickered during the nightly rotation of the Death Eaters’ patrol. She crept through the servants' corridors, her heart hammering against her ribs like a trapped bird. Every shadow looked like a serpent; every creak of the floorboards sounded like an accusation. She reached the perimeter of the garden, where the air grew thin—the edge of the protective barrier. She felt the familiar prickle of magic against her skin, the crushing weight of Narcissa’s "protection" trying to pull her back. She closed her eyes, thinking of the halls of Hogwarts, the smell of parchment, and the friends she had abandoned. With a guttural cry, she pushed forward, breaking through the barrier with a force that sent a ripple of violet light cascading through the garden. The wards shrieked, an alarm echoing into the night sky, but it was too late. Lucille tumbled into the dew-soaked grass beyond the gates. She didn't look back at the looming, dark silhouette of the manor. She ran into the woods, the biting wind whipping her hair, finally free of the gilded cage—but knowing, with chilling clarity, that she was now a target in a war she had only just begun to understand.

7th Year

Harry Potter: "How did you escape from Malfoy's, Lucille?"

Lucille Malfoy: "With Apparition, what else!"

— Harry to Lucille about escaping the Manor.

Escape from the Malfoy Manor and arrive at The Burrow.

The air at The Burrow was thick with the scent of Mrs. Weasley’s cooking and the nervous anticipation of Harry’s seventeenth birthday, but everything shifted the moment the back gate creaked open. There stood Lucille, her robes torn, her face pale, and her eyes hollow. When the shock of her arrival settled, she told them. The words felt like lead falling into a well: she was married to him. To Voldemort.

Their mourning was cut short by the sudden, looming presence of Rufus Scrimgeour. The Minister for Magic looked like a man who had already lost his war. He arrived to read Dumbledore’s will. When he handed Lucille a small, leather-bound book—T. M. Riddle’s original diary—a shudder ran through the room. It was a dark, cursed object, yet there was a strange, grim poetry to it. It would become their greatest weapon, a key to unraveling the soul of the man who claimed to own her. By the first of August, the mood at the Weasley wedding was a fragile, forced gaiety. Lucille, tucked away behind a liberal dose of Polyjuice Potion, moved through the crowd as her aunt, Andromeda Black. She wore a striking gown of emerald green and silver, her hair styled into a sleek, gravity-defying sheen that felt like armor. She was lonely, drifting near the edges of the dance floor, when a familiar face appeared. Neville Longbottom, looking dapper and earnest, offered a shy smile. "May I?" he asked, gesturing to the music. For the first time in months, Lucille smiled—a genuine, fleeting light. As they danced, the heavy weight of her marriage and the looming shadow of the Dark Lord felt distant, if only for a few measures of music. Then, the world shattered. A lynx Patronus burst through the wedding canopy, its voice booming with Kingsley Shacklebolt’s gravitas: "The Ministry has fallen. Scrimgeour is dead. They are coming." The marquee descended into pure, unadulterated chaos. Screams tore through the air as the defensive charms evaporated. Harry and Hermione didn't hesitate; they lunged forward, grabbing Ron and Lucille by the arms. The world twisted, the vibrant colors of the wedding tent smearing into a blur, and with a sickening pop of displaced air, they vanished, leaving the safety of The Burrow behind for the cold, gray reality of Tottenham Court Road.

Battle of Hogwarts

"We're in this together until the very end. We'll fight for a better future, and we'll make sure it's worth it."

                                                                                                                                               — Lucille to Dumbledore's Army

The trio discovers that Lucille was forced to marry the Dark Lord, and Harry promised her that he would pay for that. Voldemort takes over Malfoy Manor and assigns his Death Eaters to search for his wife; however, the  Death Eaters fail to find his wife, and Voldemort takes the search into his own hands. When Voldemort and his army approached with a supposedly dead Harry, Lucille was speechless and heartbroken.

After Hogwarts (1998 - 2020)

At some point, Lucille begins a relationship with Neville Longbottom, another pure-blood wizard, and he asks her to move in with him. Lucille agreed and moved out of her childhood house 2 months later.

Years later, Neville asked her to marry him, and Lucille happily accepted his proposal.

Physical description

Lucille has long, flowing blonde hair and striking brown eyes. She has a fair complexion and a gentle smile that radiates warmth and kindness.

In terms of fashion, Lucille's style perfectly reflects her practical and down-to-earth nature. She opts for comfortable clothing that allows her freedom of movement, never compromising on functionality. Lucille always manages to add a touch of elegance to her outfits, whether it's a dainty silver necklace or a pair of intricately designed earrings.

After her marriage to Voldemort, her appearance changed to mostly black dresses, which were chosen by her parents, but mostly by her new husband. However, when Voldemort was killed, her appearance changed back to normal again.

Personality and traits

Lucille is known for her kind and compassionate nature, which does not belong to Slytherin's traits. She values empathy and always goes out of her way to make others feel accepted and supported. She believes in the power of acts of kindness and is often seen lending a helping hand to those in need. Lucille has a strong sense of justice and fairness, and she stands up for what she believes in, even if it means going against popular opinion.

Despite being raised in a family known for its pure-blood beliefs, Lucille has always had a more open-minded and inclusive perspective. She believes in the importance of equality and treating everyone with respect, regardless of their blood status or background. Lucille strongly disagrees with her family's views on blood purity and strives to challenge those beliefs whenever possible.

She is not afraid to stand up for what is right, even when faced with adversity or danger. Lucille is fiercely loyal to her friends and will do anything to protect them. Despite her kindness and compassion, Lucille can be quite headstrong and independent. She has a strong sense of self and doesn't easily sway to peer pressure or conform to societal expectations.

Like her maternal aunt, Andromeda Black, Lucille was a woman dedicated to her family and friends. Thus, in many ways, Lucille's personality contradicted the "evil Slytherin" stereotype held by many students of the other Houses. Instead, she appeared to embody the Slytherin principle of fraternity. This was seen by her standing by her friends, family, and allies.

Magical abilities and skills

  • Love: She deeply cared about her twin brother and both her parents. Despite being raised by a family that was an ancient line of pure-blood wizards, and having a reputation for pure-blood supremacy. Lucille remarkably turned out capable of very strong love; for example, her love for her friends caused her to stand up to her husband, Voldemort, in the Battle of Hogwarts. Lucille's ability to love has also protected and helped her on several occasions.
  • Magical aptitude: At Hogwarts, Lucille was usually the first to master any spell and could use spells beyond her educational level, like her closest friend, Hermione Granger.
  • Charms: Lucille was exceptionally talented with charm work, and some of her most impressive magical feats were charms. She used the Obliviate spell on Pansy because she wanted her to forget she had used the Cruciatus Curse on her, and possibly because she wanted Pansy to be unable to tell anyone about this situation.
  • Transfiguration: Lucille was particularly talented in transfiguration.
  • Flying: Although Lucille was not particularly confident flying a broomstick, she was at least a reasonable flyer, as she was able to fly one successfully.
  • Defense Against the Dark Arts: Lucille was skilled in this subject, as she was able to achieve an 'Exceeds Expectations' in her O.W.L.
  • Dark Arts: Lucille was known for her ability to perform dark magic because of her family's penchant for dark magic, and she could perform it very well. Once Lucille cast the Cruciatus Curse on Pansy, using "pure anger," after she called her "spawn".
  • Potions: Lucille was exceptionally gifted in the field of potion-making. She was able to identify potions and their effects quickly after having only read about them.
  • Healing magic: Lucille had impressive skills and knowledge of healing magic.
  • Dueling: Lucille demonstrated her exemplary abilities in martial magic on numerous occasions, showing remarkable dueling skills for her age. She had swift reflexes when it came to wand work.
  • Wandless and nonverbal magic: Lucille became highly skilled at non-verbal magic. She was known to have practiced wandless magic in Malfoy Mansion and Hogwarts.
  • Apparition: Lucille was very skilled and powerful enough to Apparate completely silently.
  • Occlumency and Legilimency: Lucille was exceptionally adept and gifted in the use of both Occlumency and Legilimency, being able to effectively shield her mind and penetrate the minds of others.

Possessions

  • Wand: Lucille's wand was 9 1/2 long, made of Applewood, and had a Unicorn hair core. The wand was manufactured by Garrick Ollivander

  • Slytherin ring: Like her twin brother, she also possessed an heirloom ring embossed with a serpent.

  • Green and Silver hybrid Dress: Lucille wore a green and silver hybrid dress while attending the Yule Ball with Theodore Nott in 1994.

  • Prefect badge: Like her brother, Lucille owned a Slytherin Prefect badge, which she gained after becoming a Prefect in 1995.

  • Head Girl badge: Before her brother, who did not become head boy, Lucille was appointed Head Girl in the seventh year. When her parents heard this, they were very proud of her.

Pets

  • Dog: On her 12th birthday, both her parents gave her a dog. Lucille named him Nev after her closest friend, Neville Longbottom.
  • Rabbit: She owned a rabbit at some point in the year. She named her Daisy.
  • Cat: Lucille bought a cat shortly before the pet gathering held by Rubeus Hagrid. She named him "Blue".
  • Snake: After marriage with the dark lord, Voldemort gave her a snake as a wedding present. Together, they named him "Naga" because Voldemort's pet name was Nagini, which could be a similar name to hers.

Relationships

Family

Siblings:

Draco Malfoy

Draco Malfoy: "Hanging up with Potter and his friends again. You really want to get in trouble?"

Lucille: "You're the one who caused more trouble, Draco. By choosing the wrong sides!"

                                                                                                                                    — Lucille and her brother, Draco, argue

Draco and Lucille's relationship has always been close because they are twins and were born in the same year.

After the war, Draco kept in touch with her little sister and often visited her. He was his sister's niece's favorite uncle.

Parents:

Narcissa and Lucius Malfoy

Her mother was just as kind as her; however, her father was colder, but loved Lucille, her daughter, very much. Lucius disagrees with her marriage to Voldemort, but is forced by Voldemort himself. When Voldemort was destroyed, the Malfoys got their freedom back. Lucille moved out 2 months later, which Lucius was against because of her relationship with marrying Longbottom, but finally agreed.

Other family members:

Bellatrix Black-Lestrange

Bellatrix is Lucille's maternal aunt.

Their relationship was complicated because Bella was obsessed with the Dark Lord and wanted him for herself only, but when she discovered that he wanted to marry her niece, she was furious.

Andromeda Black-Tonks (closest aunt-niece bond)

Andromeda is Lucille's second aunt.

Even though her aunt was disowned by her family, Lucille visited her secretly, but most of the time they met at the Order of the Phoenix.

They had a very close aunt-niece relationship. Andromeda was furious when she discovered her niece was forced to marry the most powerful dark wizard, Lord Voldemort himself.

Outside family

Romantic:

Lord Voldemort (archenemy/late husband)

Lord Voldemort: "You will learn to love me, Lucille."

Lucille: "You don't even know what love is... something you never possessed or understand!"

                                                                                                                  — Lucille to Lord Voldemort in the Battle of Hogwarts.

Lucille's romantic life was not without its complications. In her fourth year, she was forced to marry the Dark Lord himself for the sake of her family, and she was angry with her family. During this time, her appearance changes to elegant black dresses instead of wearing normal clothes, which she loves.

She despises the Dark Lord; however, Voldemort was sure that growing into passion, and he was sure that Lucille would grow to love him even more. In the fifth year, Lucille joined Dumbledore's Army to fight against the Death Eaters. However, it was discovered that when Voldemort found out, he was furious, but he never did anything hurtful to Lucille; instead, he took out his rage on Lucille's father.

After the Battle of Hogwarts, Voldemort's spell backfired on him when he duelled with Harry, and Voldemort died. Lucille's marriage to him ended, and she was finally free from him.

Neville Longbottom (closest friend/husband)

At some point in the year, Lucille started dating Neville Longbottom after her and Voldemort's marriage ended with his demise; however, they eventually married months later and had a daughter named Alice, after Neville's mother.

Theodore Nott (ex-boyfriend)

Theodore
was her former Yule Ball date. He was also her short-term boyfriend until she was forced to marry Voldemort.

Friends:

Harry Potter

Harry Potter: "Thank you for believing me, Lucille."

Lucille: "That's what friends are for."

                                                                                                               — Lucille and Harry in Goblet of the Fire.

Harry was Lucille's closest and best friend during the time at Hogwarts and after it.

During the 2nd year, Lucille did not believe that Harry was the heir of Slytherin and defended Harry. Also, during the 4th year, Lucille didn't believe that Harry put his name in the Goblet of Fire, and she told Ron that a true friend would believe, to which Ron was silent.

When Voldemort and his army approached with supposedly dead Harry, Lucille screamed in horror and denial. Even when her parents begged her to come, she did not choose Voldemort's side like her brother did. She chooses herself.

Ron Weasley

"Just because I'm a Malfoy doesn't mean I can't be trusted."

— Lucille to Ronald Weasley.

Ron wasn't very fond of her because she was Malfoy; however, over time, Ron found she was different from her family.

Hermione Granger

Lucille: "Sometimes I don't understand my family. Why do they despise Muggles so much?"

Hermione Granger: "I don't want to talk about something bad about your family, but ... "

Lucille: "But what? Please, Hermione. Tell me the truth!"

Hermione Granger: "Okay. For me, they are cruel people who think of themselves only and are pure-blood supremacists! No good about me for your family, but they are your family still, Lucille, and you can't choose where you're born, but you can choose a side!"

— Lucille and Hermione talk about Lucille's family

Hermione was Lucille's best friend and closest one during their Hogwarts years.

Enemies:

Pansy Parkinson (archenemy/former roommate)

Pansy Parkinson: "You should be delighted to be the Dark Lord's wife; not many can have that chance!"

Lucille: "Maybe you should have married him yourself then."

— Pansy and Lucille talk about Dark Lord.

Pansy was Lucille's enemy.

They did get along once in year 1, but when Lucille befriended Trio, she started despising her and reminded her which side she is actually on.

In the fifth year, Lucille had had enough when Pansy called her spawn and told Umbridge about her and Trio's plans, but it made Lucille very angry, and she used the Cruciatus Curse on her; however, she later erased her memory about using the Cruciatus Curse on her.

After the war, they went on to live separate lives
